The location was good. The reception was on the second floor, the elevator was slow to arrive, and the staff practically ignored us—overall, the guest felt abandoned and left to their own luck.

The night staff was very rude. She seemed busy with an audit or personal work. We just asked to add a name on the booking so we could enjoy breakfast and a late check‑out; she said we’d need to call the next day.

The staff were really nice, but the view and the windows made you feel like you were in jail.
