“It was ok.”

I liked the location and that it was only 5 minutes from the attractions I wanted to see. My room needed work, especially the bathroom: the tub floor was chipped and rusted so I had to shower with a towel on the floor, the shower curtain was torn and hanging from a few loops, the elevators felt unreliable and in need of maintenance, and the pool view was awkward and unappealing.

I liked the parking and the people at the front desk were nice, but there was no clock in the room.

“It wasn’t a HORRIBLE hotel, but I would not come back.”

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, the shower was stained and dirty, and the towel had a stain that looked like blood.

“Good yet unclean”

The location was fine, but the rooms were unclean; we were traveling for my daughter’s 6th birthday celebration and couldn’t get rooms close together because no clean rooms were available. I’m still waiting for a refund; one room was supposed to be refunded and 50 % off the price.

“Stay was okay, would like it better if renovations were completed”

The renovations that were finished turned out fine, and the cookies were a real treat. However, a lot of work was happening without any notice, and the parking lot was blocked by storage containers, so there was nowhere to park. The workout room was shut down, and that wasn’t mentioned beforehand.
