Everything was perfect. Parking was difficult. Juice and tea could be improved.

“Glad I chose this hotel. I would return if an opportunity arises”

Good variety for breakfast Elevator to all floors Ramps to dining/breakfast area Staff/reception very helpful and informative. Helped us with the parking. Restaurant for dinner excellent. Bar also good. There were board games for when it was raining. Hotel location excellent, near car park and old Venetian harbour Pool area pleasant. Perhaps the sun lounge beds were rather close and arranged as if in a theatre. However, there is no other choice with the amount of space

“Miellyttävä kokemus”

The breakfast was good, and the room’s windows and balcony faced the sea. The only drawback was that the room on the first floor didn’t have an elevator. The stairs were narrow and cramped, making it hard for taller guests.

“Catastrophique, nuit horrible”

Nothing positive at all. What I didn’t like was the hotel manager. We had booked at the last minute and arrived, and a friendly gentleman helped us, but then the manager came and demanded we change rooms even though we had already paid for the one we were in. He didn’t realize my husband spoke Greek fluently, yet he downgraded us. Moreover, we were given a smoking room even though we don’t smoke. The mattresses were awful—totally uncomfortable. Our room was on a small street near the kitchens of the restaurants, making it impossible to sleep; the odors woke us up multiple times. The floor had been freshly cleaned, was wet, and the chemical smell was intense, almost like bleach. I would give zero if I could. We didn’t extend our stay; we left early the next day.

“Tutto piacevole”

The breakfast, the spacious room, the staff, and the pool were all great. Nothing else to add.
