The property was nice and clean, but after a long day on Sunday I wanted to rest and a loud alarm woke us up at 6 a.m.; everyone ran outside in the chilly weather, we were scared, didn’t even dress properly, and no one explained what was happening, which was very disappointing.
“Overal was good.”
The night front‑desk host was not as helpful or friendly as the other staff, and checking in took longer than usual.
“We will come back next time we visit Sesame Place again!”
We liked the pool and the outdoor courtyard, which made the stay enjoyable.
Everything was great and the price‑to‑quality ratio felt excellent.
I liked that there was plenty of seating in the lobby and a small marketplace for snacks and food, but the advertised fire pit was dirty and didn’t work, and the pool was cloudy and unclean.
