Nothing positive. Noise… people don’t respect the rules.

The location is fine. The rules aren’t enforced: people hold meetings, drink, make a lot of noise, and don’t clean up. It’s supposedly for adults, yet I had to share the space with two groups of young people who only came from parties, leaving everything dirty, bottles everywhere, and a lot of noise.
