“Mal y me dieron un cuarto sucio”
The comfort was good, but the staff treated us poorly because we booked through an app; they gave us a look that said we were less important.

I was really impressed with the attentive service I received during my stay. On the other hand, I didn't encounter any issues that would make me complain. Overall, everything went smoothly.

I appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was, making it convenient for me to get around. However, I was disappointed to find out that there was no WiFi available, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
