The three‑building layout surrounds a sea‑view square, offering a 24‑hour reception, lounge bar, and superior rooms with minibars, air‑conditioning, and beach or sea vistas. Two restaurants showcase Sardinian cuisine on a terrace and beachfront, while a private beach provides loungers, parasols, and massage services.

The location is perfect and absolutely quiet! Unfortunately, the room had technical issues that were never fixed. The final bill also mistakenly charged for a restaurant visit we never had, and there was no apology. The front‑desk staff did not always live up to a five‑star hotel standard, but the other service staff were competent and empathetic.

The location is good, although the access road is difficult because the unpaved path is long; plan to wash your vehicle after the stay, which adds to the sense of isolation. The room is large, comfortable, and offers a nice view. The electric vehicle charging is available, and the restaurant is decent. The wifi is unstable. Eggs are an extra at breakfast. The kitchen ventilation noise is just next to the room, and the restaurant menu is limited for a long stay.

The hotel was extraordinary, surrounded by endless sand dunes. Service was excellent and the food deserves huge praise—everything was flawless! A must-see spot.

The dune scenery was breathtaking, the beach stretched for kilometers, the sea crystal clear, warm, calm, and free of currents. The restaurant showed meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution. The breakfast buffet was a visual delight and a treat for the palate.
