Close to the center, everything freshly renovated. We were able to arrange the key handover individually. Saturday is always a great market. Everything is perfect.

The apartment was spotless, with simple but tasteful furnishings that felt brand new, including the kitchen. The shower was large, and the beds were big and comfortable. Kitchen tools and items were essential but in good condition, and the coffee machine with pods was left free for us in the room. The room was quiet and the area was peaceful, even though the street at the front of the building was a bit noisy but not noticeable. We ate and drank a lot at the nearby "Il Cavallino" tavern, which was convenient under the apartments; the service was friendly and efficient in a cozy, well‑maintained setting, and I loved the inner garden. We received a 10 % discount on food (not drinks) as apartment guests by showing our key. The location is great, close to many tourist spots and ideal for evening walks in Valeggio’s center without a car, or for dining at the many excellent restaurants in the historic center. The bathroom had no window but had a fan for ventilation. I would have liked mugs for breakfast, but we used glasses instead (just a personal suggestion). The room was on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up a small staircase; the staff member who offered to help was courteous, but if guests have mobility issues or trouble with stairs, this might not be the best solution.
The hospitality was great. It was a bit more demanding.

Warm welcome, availability, courtesy, the smile, friendliness, and the experience of Mrs. (usually I ask her name but I was distracted this time) who greeted us and even pampered us in the trattoria with her precious recommendations. She made us feel like we were transported back in time when these places were… and still are… characterized by the warmth of the environment and the people who frequented them. Thank you.
Super friendly reception from the owner personally. The location is top, practically in the middle of town yet still quiet. We could safely store our bicycles. Very clean. We were fully satisfied.
