The lake views were nice. Breakfast was okay, but it lacked drinks – no juice, coffee, or tea. The entrance was very narrow. The cabins were very old, the bathroom door was all torn, there was no sink, and the toilet bowl was broken. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was very old and worn, of indeterminate colour. The place was swarming with flies, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault; they could put mosquito nets over the bed and the room had a real insect sting. I wouldn’t recommend it even for a layover.

The spot was fantastic, offering stunning views and a peaceful vibe right beside crop fields and a lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with everything. A short walk gets you to a few restaurants and shops. Nothing to complain about.

The place is pretty cool, especially next to Mt. Batur lake. It stays nice and cool in the evenings and nights. Breakfast is great, with fresh fruit and water served daily.
