The stay was flawless! The staff’s kindness and the quality of service made this magical place a peaceful refuge in the calm of the palm grove. Every space felt intimate, tastefully decorated, and helped you fully immerse yourself. The various bars and restaurants satisfied even the most demanding palates. The traditional hammam was an experience you simply must have. The staff were attentive, delivering a ritual of incredible softness. As for the rooms, tucked away in their own corners, they were little cocoons where you’d love to return. Shokran bzzef 🙏🏻 The only downside was that I only stayed for one night.
“A beautiful hotel that could be perfect with a little effort .”
The gardens and rooms were beautiful, and the food and cocktails were great. The coffee, however, was awful—a real shock since all the other food was exceptional. A few staff members seemed a bit abrupt; I wonder if that’s because we’re English and they’re more comfortable speaking French. I was also surprised that when we left we weren’t asked about our experience or whether we enjoyed our stay, which is pretty standard in my experience.
“Un petit paradis”
The establishment was very pleasant, the staff took care of everything, the meals were delicious, and it felt like a place out of time. Nothing else to add!
“Un moment suspendu dans le temps !”
It was a true Eden garden, both in its architecture and its tranquility, not to mention Yoshi the cat, who was so endearing and exceptional! Nothing else about the establishment, but some parents with very noisy children didn’t respect the quiet‑time rule.
“Our to go place, feeling at home in the best way possible”
The garden and the pool of the hotel are wonderful. You really disconnect from second 1. The staff is absolutely professional and sincerely warm. They make you feel at home whether it’s your first stay or sixth stay (yeap that’s the risk: if you try this hotel you may want to come back over and over again…). Also, hygiene is really good there, never had any issues. The WiFi in some part of several rooms is not so good. We know you don’t come here to work but sometimes you don’t really have a choice/ have a last minute visio call and then it’s tricky to have a smooth connection
