The warm welcome from Sylvie and her availability, the engaging conversations, the beauty of her home (beams, mezzanine, floors), the very personal décor, the homemade breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit salad, preserves), not to mention the local specialty “pogne”, the comfortable bedding, the spacious and pleasant bathroom, and the mini‑fridge in the room were all highlights. The heat was intense despite the fan and air currents, and on the top floor it was hard to keep cool during the heatwave.
