The neighborhood was fine, but the room we stayed in needed a lot of upkeep: towel hooks weren't fixed to the wall, the A/C was noisy, we couldn't lock the door from inside, and a high window stayed open—light and noise seeped in and we couldn't sleep. The hairdryer listed in the amenities didn't work.

The accommodation was beautiful and richly decorated. The location is ideal for exploring the island and enjoying the city and Valletta by ferry. The facilities are well kept and complete, and it’s clear Maria is attentive and helpful. The included breakfast gets you going. Thank you! Definitely recommendable and we’d stay again. The only suggestion is to offer fewer breakfast items so there’s more turnover.

A stunning property, elegant with lovely décor and a great location. The terraces could use a bit more TLC—there were some bird droppings on the main entrance terrace, and the plants were in pots with stagnant water that gave off a damp smell. It’s such a gorgeous place that these little issues just slightly mar it.
