Hotel Bobbio

The staff were kind, but the hotel’s cleanliness and services were lacking.

“My stay was ok, staff were fine but cleaning the room two days out of five is unacceptable.”

I appreciated the quiet and the staff were helpful whenever I needed anything. However, out of the five days I stayed, my room was only cleaned on two days; the other three days it was unattended. On the first two days I was shocked to find the room uncleaned, and on Tuesday it was still uncleaned even though I didn’t tell the staff. The bedding stayed the same the whole week, which is unacceptable in this industry.

“Very nice”

I met a very nice person and stayed in a really nice place; thanks so much, my mom loved it too.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel is in a very beautiful and quiet place.

The receptionist was quite inflexible.
