Secrets Playa Mujeres Spa Resort - All Inclusive Adults

“Beautiful resort, beaches and great staff!”

The property is beautiful and the people are great! There's nothing bad to mention—it was fantastic!

“por debajo de mis expectativas.”

The beach, pool, breakfast, Coco Cafe, and ocean view are all nice; the room is very good except there’s no ventilation in the bathroom area, and the glass cover on the shower lets water run outside, which could cause a slip. The restaurants enforce a strict dress code, offer limited menu options, and the dishes are not special.

“Loved it, would happily come back”

I loved the beds, and the pools had a great vibe with excellent service; all the restaurants were really good and I enjoyed each one. I didn’t like that the “VIP” services were pushy and woke us up twice with phone calls.

The hotel met all the expectations that mattered to me. I have no further comments.
