Everything was awful; the building looked like a construction site, it was filthy, there was no air‑conditioning, I was put in a room with six bunk beds that had no TV, lights that only worked with motion sensors, and when I asked for a refund they refused.

Csabi at reception was fantastic—friendly, kind, and very helpful. The bathroom in my room had just been renovated and was spotless, and although there were some ongoing renovations during my stay that was fine. The location was great, just a 2‑minute walk from Keleti train station and the metro, making it easy to find.

The rooms were bright and colorful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast quality and variety were lacking.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but at the time of my stay the hotel was a construction site. Nothing else was available besides the room: no community area, no kitchen, no bar. In the bathroom there was a motion‑sensor light with an extremely short runtime, so I was left in the dark while showering. On the third day the room service took my towel to wash and left no replacement or swap, and the air‑conditioning was out of order.
