Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

We never stayed there because they handed our rooms over to other guests. The front‑desk service was unacceptable, and they made excuses for not having our rooms.

I had no positive remarks. I was disappointed because my reservation, which I had booked months in advance, was not found.
