“Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen”

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff were also very friendly and did their job satisfactorily. The rooms were very spacious, generous, and still had enough room with a third rollaway bed. The bathroom was very large, but the rooms lacked sufficient storage for clothes or a wardrobe, only a clothes rod was provided. Unfortunately, during our 5‑night stay there was no fruit for breakfast at all, and it was not good for a property that guests had to constantly ask if enough coffee had been brewed when they wanted it. The rooms were very noisy; we could hear any outside sounds very well inside.

The property is beautiful and located in a great spot, just a short taxi ride to Göreme. The room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff were lovely and served a really good breakfast. Mohammed was fantastic, friendly, and very helpful with information, arranging taxis, and suggesting a private itinerary. Overall, all staff were amazing.

Thanks to the staff’s availability and patience throughout the pre‑departure phase, the property deserves a full 10. There are some things that could be improved, but the overall context made those minor issues almost insignificant: the windows are a bit dated but stylistically in line with the building and therefore appreciated; the English could be better, yet the staff are very committed to improving it. In larger cities this commitment is often missing; the lamp near the hot tub wasn’t plug‑in compatible, but the room was so beautiful—perhaps the most beautiful I’ve ever seen on my travels—that these small imperfections became negligible. The staff help a lot in organizing activities, the hot‑air balloon booking was perfect and one of the most beautiful experiences one can have in life. A note of merit to the breakfast, perhaps the richest, best, and most varied I’ve ever tasted. This place will always stay in my heart. I thank the staff and hope to return someday.
