The hotel is very new and the facilities are good, giving a solid 9.0/10 rating.

“Will not be booking here again, rooms cannot accommodate 3pax like elsewhere.”

The location is great, just behind Shangri‑La near Luohu Checkpoint. The layout of the room we were originally assigned for 2pax was very strange and ineffective; when we asked to switch, we were supposedly upgraded, but that room had wallpaper peeling off and also smelled like smoke even though it was a non‑smoking room.

The location is good, next to the train station and the Hong Kong border. A ramp at the entrance to avoid carrying luggage by hand would be helpful, even if it’s only five steps.

Clean. The smile in the room made me feel so uncomfortable. Not a window.
