The price was acceptable. The strong chemical smell lingered all night. There were no mosquito nets on the windows or balcony doors. The mattresses were firm. Parking required an extra payment. It was average. We were exhausted, slept poorly, and left. The fridge in the room was empty.

The downstairs restaurant service was decent, but this was the worst experience of my life. The rooms were dirty, the fridge didn’t work, the lights were dim, and the AC was loud but ineffective. At 6:30 am workers started operating machinery and the noise went on until evening. The staff were simply annoyed; they already had your money. The cherry on top was when I went to the wellness for the first time and the receptionist refused to explain a massage, just opened the door and left. To top it all, my shoes were stolen in the wellness area. When I reported it, they said it was my fault and I should have asked the manager. The only thing that worked was the restaurant downstairs, where Janja Domajnko and a colleague tried to improve the situation a bit. Unfortunately the hotel relies on its location to fill rooms automatically, offering no real service. Avoid this place if you can; there are many better options nearby. I plan to contact Hotelstars and the Slovak authorities for a review.

The pool and spa were fantastic, the bar was great, and the staff were friendly.
