The location is in the city center, the staff are friendly, the rooms are reasonable, and cleaning is regular. Smokers use a small balcony in the kitchen, and all the smoke goes into the hostel. A short curtain in one of the showers, water drips onto the floor. The beds are flimsy, and the slats are weak for heavier people.

Avoid it! When I arrived, no one was there, no one answered the phone, and even Booking’s support couldn’t help with this hostel. Avoid!

The location is superb: yes, it’s not near the new bus and train stations, but it’s not that long a taxi ride. The place is very clean and comfortable and is very close to a really good supermarket and several good cafe/bars. Extremely good value for money. The only thing I can think of would be if they hadn’t moved the train and bus stations from Central Belgrade to New Belgrade: the accommodation itself is all that I was looking for.
