I got a call at 22:00 to pay, right when I was sleeping.

The location was easy to find and the room was comfortable, but the power went out at night and it wasn’t fixed the next day, so I had to leave early.

The place was very cheap and close to the HCMC bus station; the staff spoke little English but used their phones to translate, which I appreciated. The water pressure and shower were good. A little renovation would help, but that’s understandable given the price.

The hotel's reception area was nice, with a friendly staff and a clean, modern design. The rooms were a bit of a letdown, but overall it was a decent place to stay.
