Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach

“Pleasant, convenient stay. Had everything I could have wanted from a beach vacation”

Breakfast was great, the room was quiet and clean, the beach was uncrowded, and shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

The hotel was right on the beach, but the elevators were small.

“Un robo- cobros ocultos”

We chose this hotel because it advertised breakfast included. However, at checkout we were charged $140 for tips and breakfast drinks (we only had the provided orange juice). Additionally, a $400 deposit was held, which we found excessive.

“Location is great…property has gone downhill since our last stay.”

The location and price were good, but the room was not clean; it smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The shower was filthy, had no soap, and a used Q‑tip was found near the dresser.
