I liked how close it was to Yaa Mo, and walking in and out felt safe. It’s near the Two-Row sign, so getting around is easy. The room was very spacious for a solo stay, everything was complete, and the end of the day was at Sri Vichai.

The location was decent, right in the city centre. However, the Wi‑Fi was practically non‑existent, the water was always yellow no matter how many times it was run – you can’t even rinse your mouth – the curtains wouldn’t close properly so light leaked in, the soundproofing was terrible and the night noise was quite loud.

The accommodation is close to Yaa Mo’s memorial in downtown Korat, making nighttime walks convenient, and it’s near Mae Kim Heng Market for easy morning meals. The hotel is old but has all the necessary amenities, strong Wi‑Fi, and plenty of parking. The building and furniture are aged, yet it’s clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The hotel sits well in the city, surrounded by many restaurants, though I didn’t spot many bars and was surprised none of the restaurants had beer on the tables. I did find a bar called The Monkey just down the road, which offered a good beer selection and Western food. A kettle, coffee, and tea in the room would be nice, and the dining area with tables and a bar counter could use beer in the fridge.
