I wasn’t feeling well on arrival day, yet they kindly granted my early check‑in request.

“It did the trick, but could have been better.”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel feels old‑fashioned, the sheets that should have been white appeared grey, there was heavy dust in the light fixture above the bathroom sink, carpets were stained, lighting was dark and dingy, and there is no elevator.

“If you don’t mind old hard as rock beds you are good to go at this property cause everything else was good”

The property was clean and the staff great, but the bed was terrible and my back is messed up.

“Excellent as usual”

The staff were terrific. We were delayed by road construction, but our room was ready for us and the staff always greeted us and remembered us from previous stays. The hotel is always accommodating, but they could add grab bars in the bathtub because I’m getting older and feel unsteady on my feet.

“You get what you pay for”

The price was reasonable and the location decent, but the carpet was stained, the lighting was terrible, and the pillows on the king bed were too small. The shower was so hot it could have stripped my skin, and the first towel I grabbed was still damp from the laundry. The TV felt outdated, and overall you really get what you pay for.
