The location was fine, but the bed was very uncomfortable, I think it wasn’t aligned because it was very noisy.

Breakfast was very good, but there was a very bad smell in the hotel, our room, and it got worse once we turned on the AC unit—a mix of mildew and urine. Despite the smell, our room was still very clean.

I felt the hotel had a musty smell, otherwise it was a good experience; the room smelled but everyone was friendly and kind, and the eggs at breakfast weren’t so good.

“Comfortable and Excellent value”

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were roomy with comfy beds, and breakfast was tasty and a nice bonus. The hot tub was out of order, but that didn’t spoil the experience.

“Would NOT recommend that location. Very neglected.”

The highlight was the breakfast—clean, well‑maintained, hot, and ready, which was excellent. However, the place smelled awful, musty and moldy; the pool, sauna, and fire pit were all non‑functional, the room was damp and dated with peeling wallpaper, and there was no drain in the bathroom sink. I asked for a conditioner and a box of Kleenex, but those never arrived. We ended up staying at another Hampton on our way home that was under construction, and it was still 100 % better.
