The view of Ulm Cathedral was a plus. Even though I had called beforehand, the staff did not remind me to change the dates in Booking, so I had to pay 130 of 149 euros afterwards. This is not good service for me.
It works well for both business and leisure trips, the Bavarian restaurant inside the hotel is fantastic, the breakfast is excellent, and the dinner options are tasty; everything I liked.

The location was great and the rooms were very nice, but the bread selection at breakfast was much smaller this time compared to previous stays.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the hotel sits in a central spot in town, has a paid garage, and even a small pool; the attached restaurant "Brezel" is highly recommended, though our room was small but fine for one night, and the bathroom was really tiny, not suitable for two people.
