The staff were friendly, but the room was filthy—stains on the comforter, the floors, even the couch, and even though we were upgraded to the executive suite for free, it felt more like a downgrade.

The hotel was spotless and the rooms were comfortable, the staff were wonderful, and the location was great.

The facilities were clean, the check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy, and the breakfast had good options, but after a 10.5‑hour drive I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t warm at all.

The place was clean, but I saw someone get arrested outside and, with a child in tow, the hot tub was not hot.
