“Excellent Hotel, but Irresponsible Pet Owner Did Disrupt Our Stay”

The location was very convenient for our show at the Tacoma Dome, parking was extremely easy, and the room was very nice, clean, and updated; breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. However, dog poop was tracked from the elevator down the hall, and after alerting front desk, they didn’t clean it up promptly.

I paid for parking, but the bar was closed early, which was disappointing.

“Always a great stay.”

The rooms stay spotless and cozy, and the hotel’s décor is nicely appointed; security feels solid, and the spot is perfect for visiting nearby family, so I return 2–3 times a year and always get a good night’s sleep. Nothing negative.

“It was clean and quiet, but I wish the temperature had been more comfortable.”

We stayed in a two‑bedroom suite that was exactly what we needed—quiet, clean, and in a great spot, just a short walk to a wedding at Brown's Point. The breakfast was fine, but the room was freezing, so I kept switching the thermostat; my in‑laws, both in their mid‑80s, wanted it warmer. They complained that the toilet seat was too low and the bed was too high. We were offered a different room first, but we stayed because we wanted the temperature adjusted.

“Nice, but restaurant needs work.”

The hotel was clean and comfortable, snacks and drinks were handy, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant, however, charged too much for the food; it needed either better quality, more quantity, or lower prices. Also, the restaurant was understaffed—one person at the bar and tables was insufficient.
