The staff at reception were great; my mother has a small mobility issue, so they moved her to a ground‑floor room with an adapted bathroom. Thank you very much. On the downside, they only had a coffee machine, not a snack machine.

Everything is fine, but the fridge doesn’t cool well and the pool was closed despite the heat in Seville.

Nothing positive. The place is noisy and damp, so I’d rate it barely 2 stars. They even denied me access to the pool, claiming it’s only open in summer, yet we were in early September at 37 °C!

The facilities were good, but I couldn’t use the pool because they said “it’s no longer summer.” It was early September and 35 °C in Seville, so I still think it’s summer. They should inform guests about the pool’s operating dates.
