“NO CUMPLIO MIS ESPECTATIVAS”
The breakfast was regular. The facilities are very old and lack maintenance.
The location was great, close to Praça Das Armas and restaurants, yet the street noise was extreme and the mattress was very firm.
The hotel’s location and staff service were excellent, but there was no heating and the room was very cold; otherwise it was a very good hotel.
“No me agradó”
I was disappointed because the facilities were in bad shape, the restaurant was closed, the bathtub didn’t work, and the pipe was broken, but the staff were attentive.
The place has a great location and a decent complimentary breakfast, but the hot water in the shower takes forever to arrive.
