The location is fantastic, and the staff are extremely friendly. The room gets cleaned several times a day. The resort boasts a beautiful array of animals and a great team of animators :)) Overall, it was a wonderful stay. The only downside was that the vacation felt too short.

The food is good quality, the staff are caring, and the organization is solid, with activities for every taste. We would have liked the BRAVO staff to speak English so our child could join the dedicated activities.

The beach and the large swimming pool are very close by. There is no internet in the rooms, everything is done in Italian, and we sometimes missed announcements because of the language barrier. The food became bland after eating it for two days. Crabs keep knocking on your sliding door all night.
