The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from New Street station. The rooms are spacious, the chairs are comfortable, and everything feels great.

The staff were friendly and the spot was convenient, but the room looked very old and worn out. I paid for what I thought would be a better room, yet it was far from that, and I was disappointed as soon as I stepped inside.
