“Disgusting”

There was nothing to like about this place. It was dirty and full of drug users, the rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bathroom doors were warped and hanging, and there were cockroaches everywhere.

“I didn’t stay there due to roaches”

I didn’t actually stay there; it was a roach‑infested place, they charged me twice, and I want a refund. The staff and room were infested with roaches.

The service here really needs improvement; the price is steep and the reception staff are unhelpful, and the rooms themselves are not clean. I was left with a very bad impression and would not recommend this place. On top of that, the hotel lacks basic conveniences like a microwave or hair dryer, the pool is closed, and there are no shower amenities.
