The location was good, Hasan was a top receptionist, but the others were occasionally unpleasant; a mouse appeared in the pantry, and breakfast was a catastrophe.

They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even upgrading my room. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's service and amenities.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I was sent to a completely different hotel from the one I booked. The new hotel was not only cheaper but also far from satisfactory, and I was left feeling exhausted after a 2 am arrival. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to have no qualms about selling off my booking, leaving me without a room and forced to find alternative arrangements. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I'm still fuming about it.
