The staff were not quick to respond, and they added extra unnecessary food to my bill; at the end they agreed it was our fault, but it took a very long time—literally I would have missed my flight—and I was very dissatisfied.

The restaurant was problematic: if you want bed coffee you have to wait up to 7.00 AM, and except for breakfast, lunch, and dinner times the restaurant phone will not be answered; I often had to call reception. During weekends, in the Dining Hall, hotel guests are given low priority in service, and the quality of food is average—neither poor nor excellent.

I like the rooms and the service, but the complimentary breakfast can’t be accessed from the rooms.
The facilities were good, but the staff never cleaned my room or arranged it properly even after I informed them multiple times.
It is difficult to see that cleanliness is not a criterion in such an establishment; it is not complicated to clean a bathroom, after all!
