“Bad”
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, with a few hiccups that left a lasting impression. The staff's professionalism was a major concern for me, as I felt they fell short in providing the level of service I expect from a hotel. Despite this, I did appreciate the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms, which were well-maintained and comfortable. However, the unprofessional demeanor of the staff overshadowed these positives, making it difficult for me to fully enjoy my stay.
