“Excellent place to stay in Zadar”
The staff were friendly and helpful; the new building was comfortable. They generously allowed me to stay after the checkout deadline, which was very nice. Nothing else to note.

Before arriving we got clear directions on how to find the room entrance and the (locked) parking spot. We had a VW Taigo and parked without any trouble. The room itself was very clean and had a good shower. The old city centre is only a 10‑minute walk. The bed was a little on the hard side, but that’s just a personal preference.

Everything was great. A modern, clean room in a modern building in a spacious neighbourhood just steps from the sea and the pedestrian bridge that leads straight into Zara’s old town. The private parking was very useful. The manager’s assistance was perfect.

We stayed here again and it’s modern, spotless, and in a fantastic spot. The old town is very close, and the parking is free and secure.
