The room was beautiful, meticulously cared for, clean, and equipped with all comforts (kettle, coffee machine). The bathroom was spotless. The location was great, within a 10‑minute walk to the main attractions in Salzburg, and there was a paid covered public parking nearby.

The hotel was hard to find, it had a self‑check‑in, and after entering it was dark, stinky, and the privacy was poor, making me feel unsafe; the neighbor was still partying on the balcony at 12 am.

The place was super nice and had a great location, but the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard as it should be, and it looks like the place has lost its charm because nothing is being reinvested.
