The reception staff listened to my concerns, researched solutions, and handled everything very well, which felt great. The price was a bit high, and because the hotel is a bit farther from the city, I had to take a taxi at night.

I booked the hotel to enjoy the view of Beppu Bay. My room was on the 5th floor, and the view was breathtaking. The onsen was very relaxing, and parking was directly at the hotel. Because I needed fewer room cleanings, I received a voucher for the hotel shop. My night will now be happy with cookies. The staff at the reception explained that the curry I chose was very spicy, so I swapped it for cookies. Thank you very much.
