The staff were very pleasant, especially Tucker at the bar who was friendly and professional. The food was awful, whether it was breakfast or dinner—nothing tasted good! There was no coffee at the bar, which was a real disappointment, and at least an espresso machine in self‑serve would have helped.

“Rude personnel”

The room was clean and the breakfast was great, and the location was convenient. We had booked a two‑bed room, but at check‑in they told us those rooms were sold out and offered us a single bed plus a pull‑out sofa. When we pointed out that this wasn’t what we had booked, the front desk lady said we could cancel and look elsewhere. This happened at 2 am, after a delayed flight with two kids, and her tone seemed sarcastic. That kind of attitude might be acceptable at a cheap motel, but it’s not what I expect from Hyatt. We probably over‑estimated our expectations.

Everything went above and beyond my expectations—clean, spacious, comfortable, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was also great!

“Spacious and friendly stay near the airport”

The facilities were excellent, clean, and spacious, and the bed was huge with plenty of soft pillows. Breakfast was very basic, but it was good enough.
