The room was clean and functional, but the breakfast was very light.

I love every detail of this hotel—from its design and facilities to its responsive staff and convenient location. The building hides in a narrow Jakarta alley, but once inside it’s quiet and peaceful, and you’re still within walking distance of the city’s hustle. I’ll keep coming back whenever I visit Jakarta. The only downside was a few mosquitoes.

The atmosphere is calm and the hotel is huge. Nothing else to note.

Formerly called Egg Hotel, it sits on a side road and is relatively quiet and comfortable, with a nice ambiance and lovely setting. The main road is awfully crowded, but that’s Jakarta for you. Because the hotel is known as Egg Hotel, it’s easy to tell taxi drivers and locals where you’re staying.
