“We loved the hotel, but better to go out to a bakery for breakfast”

The room, location, and service were all excellent, but the breakfast was not very good and expensive; to get decent coffee you had to pay extra, and the fruit salad was really not good either.

“Proche de tout, vraiment incroyable !”

The proximity to everything was great: the hotel is near a metro stop, a boat stop, and only a 10‑minute walk from the center of Copenhagen. The bedding was incredible, the staff very friendly, and the room décor really cool, though the bathroom was a bit small—a minor detail.

The room design felt earthy, and the toiletries highlighted organic and ethical sourcing; my room was spacious, and a supermarket was right across for last‑minute shopping while a bakery was a 2‑minute walk away for morning coffee and pastry. The only downside was that my window faced the street, so passing cars could be heard from a distance.

“Hotel at a good location, ruined by an unpleasant staff.”

The location is good and the breakfast is nice, but at 4:15 am I was woken by a loud, random sound in the linen room next door that sounded like pipes banging together; when I reported it to the front desk, he insisted I made it up until I put the phone on the wall to prove it, and the sound lasted an hour. Afterwards, when I checked out, he immediately and wrongly said I hadn’t paid for breakfast, then retracted it after checking; overall, I didn’t feel very welcome.
