I liked the facilities and the location, but the staff were terribly irresponsible and unprofessional; I had to wait over an hour outside the hotel at midnight because the receptionist was on the third floor drinking instead of at his desk, and his excuses were outright lies and denial.

The location was exceptional, but my room was on the floor with the restaurant above it, so it was very noisy and the bathroom smelled bad until late; the noise and odors were a real nuisance.
