A private balcony offers sea and city views, and the suite includes air‑conditioning, a minibar and free Wi‑Fi. The Junior Suite sleeps one guest with an optional extra bed or crib, and provides a sofa that converts to a sofa bed. The en‑suite bathroom features a bath, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries and towels. Cable and pay‑per‑view channels, a flat‑screen TV, refrigerator, safety deposit box and a single‑room AC unit complete the in‑room facilities.

“Next time will visit hotel again.”
The hotel was very clean, and the room was very comfortable. Everything was excellent.
The service and cleanliness were very good, but the building is very old and needs modernization; it doesn’t look like the pictures.

I appreciated that after two days of complaining they tried to improve the terrible service I received, even though I had to call 911 because I felt morally assaulted by the front‑desk employee. The air‑conditioning never worked, calls to reception went unanswered, and they served water from a jar that tasted oddly salty, giving me a full day of abdominal pain; the jar looked like it held dubious source water, maybe from a tap or even a toilet. Breakfast was weak and poorly organized—rather than a buffet they prepared a single plate of items I didn’t want. After buying mineral water to ease my stomach, a staff member nearly assaulted me for criticizing the hotel, blocked my way to my paid room, shouted, called security, and even touched my chest in front of other guests, which felt like a moral attack. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in; they didn’t record the payment in the system, made me pay at the front desk, and even tried to cancel my reservation because they couldn’t charge my card. The team constantly interrogated me, and entering the hotel felt like passing through two security checkpoints where I was treated like a criminal. Stay away from this place; I’m angry about losing two days and dealing with the apparently insane manager. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 This hotel is a disaster.
