Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa, perched 50 m from the sea in Bol, features Brač Island’s largest wellness and fitness centre, a 20‑court clay tennis complex, and a bowling alley. Guests enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, a kids paddling pool, tepidarium with heated water, and a cocktail bar. Spacious rooms offer king‑size beds, minibars, LCD TVs, and en‑suite bathtubs. The on‑site buffet, terrace bar, and à‑la‑carte Taverna Vallum serve local and international cuisine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bluesun Resort. The great location near the sea was a big plus. We received a beautiful room that we were very satisfied with. Even though the hotel is older, it didn’t bother us at all. Everything was super, we felt comfortable and the stay met our expectations. We stayed at the hotel a year ago and must say that the kitchen quality has deteriorated significantly this year. For a five‑star hotel we expected a much higher level. We were also unpleasantly surprised by dirty glasses that were repeatedly prepared for guests without anyone checking their cleanliness. It’s a shame because the hotel has an excellent location and great potential, but the dining quality and cleanliness of the dishes should match five stars.

A good choice for meals (breakfast and dinner), a wisely located spot near the beach and village, friendly staff, rooms of good size. The pool was pleasant. Some buffet dishes would benefit from being hotter.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were lovely, especially the blonde host at the restaurant. There was no food after 8:30 pm; if you get hungry after 8:30 pm there is nothing you can do. There are restaurants around, but if you want to stay in the hotel you can’t eat.
