“Great location, good breakfast, and excellent value for money.”

The hotel sits in a great spot, just a few minutes from the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Breakfast was solid and filling. Suddenly, one waitress in the dining room lost her temper for no clear reason and behaved aggressively. It was unclear who she was upset with; if she doesn’t want the job, she should quit—there’s no need to put on such an unpleasant face in front of guests. The front‑desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but that same waitress was angry for no apparent reason and looked quite aggressive. I don’t know who she was even angry at; if she doesn’t want the job, she should just quit—there’s no need to make such an unpleasant face in front of the guests.

The hotel is excellent and I give it a 10/10; it’s fully equipped with everything you might need while traveling, making you feel at home. The hotel is great and beautiful, but God willing, a fire broke out on the second day, and they moved me to another hotel. Honestly, that place was nowhere near as good, and they told me if I wanted to change it, they’d switch it for me, but I refused because lugging bags around is tiring, so I stayed the night at the alternate hotel.

“Great place to start the adventure”

Breakfast was great. The staff were always ready to help. It’s close to the subway station, the cathedral, and a short walk to the main attractions.

The rooms were very comfortable. My room was spacious with a small balcony and comfy beds. The location was quiet and near the metro station and old town. It’s also close to Trinity Cathedral, which sits in a lovely spot with great city views. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. The roof terrace offered lovely views. The staff were very friendly, especially Nana who checked us in each time during our various stays here. The breakfast selection was pretty bad with no fresh coffee and in a dreary basement. The roof terrace could have been lovely but had no comfortable seating.

They upgraded my room category for free, let me check in early, and fed me a hearty breakfast! I recommend it and will stay again. The room was a bit raw. But it rained hard and it got cool at night.
