Binam was extremely friendly and helpful, and the on‑site yoga classes with an amazing ocean view were great; I highly recommend the classes and Binam’s friendless made my stay memorable. I don’t recommend the rooms: they need maintenance, look a bit run‑down, and there were huge cracks between the doorpost and the door, letting in a lot of mosquitoes every night.
“Very bad experience regarding ac”
Beach front location and the exterior cottage look. Ac were not working we went summers we were not able to stay in the cottage. We had spend over full trip day time sitting outside beachfront as the ac was not cooling. Around 7.30 pm it was manageable to sit in that room
The spot is right by the beach and the breakfast was decent, but we were told on arrival that the hotel was fully booked and we’d have to stay at the next door place, which felt rude because we’d wanted to know that earlier. We never got to see the rooms at Drishti for comparison, yet we’re pretty sure we were assigned the worst room at the adjacent accommodation. Bedsheets weren’t available, the in‑room toilet had no ceiling so smells and noises seeped in, there was mold and dirt on the walls, and overall the cleaning was very poor.
“Nice beach”
The beach location was very good and the beach itself wasn’t crowded. I chose this accommodation because of its location and good reviews, but the room didn’t match the pictures on Booking; the furniture was worn and the bathroom was not as shown. There was a bad smell in the room, the shower was right on the floor next to the toilet, and the breakfast was a choice of only three items instead of a buffet. It was only served from 10 AM, even though the pictures said 7:30 AM. Maybe it’s better in full season. The price was low, but that shouldn’t mean fewer services and comfort compared with the season.
“Little gem in Patnem beach”
The location was beyond perfect; I stayed 10 nights and it was so quiet. The staff were lovely, the sir at reception provided everything, helped me with my luggage, and was always available and helpful, which made the experience even better. The yoga classes were great; I loved every sequence—it felt like being in a small bubble. If you’re looking for a place to stay in South Goa, you’ve found it. I will definitely come back.
