J hotel enjoys a great spot, just a three‑minute walk from the Tappe Gate, quiet and reasonably priced, with a pool, free coffee and enthusiastic staff.

We liked the location and the staff were very friendly, but we booked a room with a small balcony for my smoking partner and were told upon arrival that smoking was prohibited even on the balcony. It would have been better if that had been mentioned earlier.

The location was great and the pool was very pleasant, but the person at reception was a bit firm yet still commercial.
