كيف يقيّم النزلاء الفندق، جانبًا بجانب.
We learned about the Hotéis Incríveis program years ago and finally managed to stay. Everything was perfect: service, breakfast in the chalet, bed, shower, kitchen, cleaning, etc. The scenery is lush and the only sounds we heard were birds and nature around. We stayed in the Lake Chalet and could fish. We will definitely return next time.

The place had a beautiful view and a comfortable cabin, but I thought the dinner price was too high for the portion size.

The view was pretty cool, but the breakfast could use more local items. Some windows let in wind at night, and the place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with beds not set up and coffee trays left from the previous day. Noise was a problem too.
