The location is good, yet the access is poor, the staircase is narrow, and they didn’t provide soap or any toiletries.

The place is great and the room has everything needed; having coffee and tea on the room was a nice touch. Check‑in was smooth and the staff helped immediately and very politely. For the price, I would have expected hot water in the shower.

The location is excellent, everything within walking distance, the place is clean and matches the photos. Communication could be a bit better.

The room is spacious, very quiet with no noise, and the location is nice. The only issue is the very steep stairs.
